It really showed the marketing team was onto and idea. They just didn’t fully execute to the point where I’d buy the product. In fact, I was in the market for a car at the time. I didn’t buy from that car company. In stead I bought from a luxury car company that gave excellent customer service. I feel quality is important but customer service is crucial to good business.
Customer function greatest would own traded me on the manufactured goods. Geico prides itself on #1 client function in the Washington metro domain. I am fairly sure that they are #1 in a few regions and not just the Washington metro domain. I can vouch for the fact that the function is good and that they own fine client serve. So far when you own been in an accident they are good to function with throughout the procedure.
I am reminded of a firm I worked for whose selling squad worked overtime on the “I Care” initiative. “I Care” was the slogan a few selling Guru creates. However, nobody presented any inside information about what this “I Care” pin exist. Most employees not own cared less about the “I Care” pin or the “I Care” initiative. In fact it become a operation gag that nobody cared about the “I Care” campaign.
